• Let's begin with a quick in-person meeting.  We can chat in a virtual space or at a coffee shop.

• Next, based on your needs, I will let you know if I am the correct practitioner for you.

• Then we get started. Typically, I have sessions available within the same week.

• I look at you as a whole person, not only symptoms coming from 1 area.

• Together we will explore 5 Pillars of health: Rest, Hydration, Breath, Movement and Nutrition
